SourceCorp Under Construction

SOURCECORP BPS plans to take possession of their new facility in the Rockcastle Business Park South as of June 1st as they begin to expand their presence in Rockcastle County. The new 25,000 sq. ft. facility is being built by the Rockcastle County Industrial Development Authority and will be owned by the RCIDA. SOURCECORP BPS has initially signed a 7 year contract with two-five year extension opportunities for the facility. “We are very excited about the new facility in Rockcastle County and believe the facility will be a great home for our business and employees”, according to Neal McCall Operations Manager with SOURCECORP BPS. On a temporary basis, the Rockcastle County School Board has made available to the company a portion of the former Rockcastle Area Technology Center due to the expiration of an existing lease at their Mt. Vernon facility in February, 2009.

“We are very proud of the opportunity to work with SOURCECORP BPS on the expansion of their Rockcastle County facilities and look forward to future growth and expansion”, according to Corey Craig, Chairman of the RCIDA. “We appreciate and value the leadership of our county supporting our efforts to help this company and we look forward to other opportunities in the future”, he said. The facility is being constructed by Roberts Construction of Somerset with site preparation work by Goff Excavation for a cost of approximately $2.5 million.
