Rockcastle County has two horse camps available. The Red Hill Horse Camp just 4 miles outside Livingston and the Climax Horse Camp. Gary Lane offers “horse clinics” at Windswept Farms.

Renfro Valley, Kentucky is a music park and community located just off of Interstate 75 in Rockcastle County, Kentucky. The park is centered around the barn, which since 1939 has hosted the Renfro Valley Barn Dance, a small local version of the Grand Ole Opry and the National Barn Dance. Renfro Valley is known throughout Kentucky and the rest of the country for hosting concerts that feature a mix-ture of legendary country singers with newer artists.
